About NYE General Construction
Locally owned roofing, siding, soffit, trim, decking and gutter work — proudly serving Newark and the surrounding communities.
Meet NYE General Construction
NYE General Construction handles the outside of the house — roofing, siding, soffit, trim, decking and gutters — for homes in Newark and the surrounding communities. Jose B Tamay Guillca runs the crew personally, and every job covers installation, replacement and repair.
It is one crew for the whole exterior, which is the point. The roof, the siding under it, the soffit and trim that close it up, and the gutters that carry the water away all meet at the same edges — and when the same people handle every one of those edges, nothing falls into the gap between two contractors.
Our promise: honest pricing agreed in writing before work starts, careful work while we're there, and a clean yard when we leave. Our hours are Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Careful & Thorough
Work done with real attention to detail — nothing rushed, nothing cut short to make a number.
Locally Owned
NYE General Construction is owned and run by Jose B Tamay Guillca, based in Newark and serving the surrounding communities.
One Crew, Whole Exterior
Roofing, siding, soffit, trim, decking and gutters from the same crew — the roofline and the walls finished by the same hands.
Built for the Weather
Every trade we work touches the path rainwater takes — so edges get sealed, courses get lapped right, and water ends up away from the house.
